Who we need Reporting to the Vice President, Client Experience, we are hiring an Education Content Specialist.

As our new Education Content Specialist, you will turn complex product information and training needs into clear, polished learning experiences across training decks, LMS courses, videos, and knowledge base content.

You will own assignments from the initial brief through review and publication, building your understanding of OceanMD as you go and working closely with subject matter experts and the Product Workflow, Training & Change Management teams to create content that is accurate, practical, and easy to apply.

You will bring curiosity to how technology works, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt content to different audiences and learning needs.

This is a full-time hybrid role requiring you to work from our Toronto office two to three days per week.
