Job Description :
- Create and manage a clear process to find, assess, reduce, track, and report risks (like operational, credit, and market risks) that affect the company.
- Act as the go-to expert, giving management and the department advice on risk issues.
- Manage the risk control system and set trading limits.
- Monitor regular and margin transactions, making sure they follow rules, and carry out margin calls or force selling when needed.
- Build and maintain the company’s risk framework, policies, and procedures, including risk appetite and tolerance.
- Prepare and carry out both strategic and yearly risk plans in line with guidelines.
- Develop effective risk assessment methods, models, and systems based on best practices.
- Help identify risks at both strategic and operational levels using the right tools.
- Support the creation of risk response plans, including mitigation and monitoring.
- Report all important risk matters, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Preferable has at least 4-5 years of experience as Head of Risk Manager
- Hold a valid WPPE license from OJK
- Hold a Risk Management Certification
- Fast learning and has good analytical skill
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Familiar with Indonesian Capital Market Rules and Regulations
