Senior Electrical Engineer $4K – $6K / Performance Bonus & Variable Bonus (up to 3 months) Company transport provided — Pioneer / Joo Koon MRT (Power Generator Field)

Key Duties

• Test, troubleshoot, and validate Generators, BESS, and Power Distribution Systems
• Commission, service, and maintain equipment at project sites
• Uphold all safety and regulatory compliance requirements
• Recommend product improvements drawn from field experience, and support trials of new products
• Coach and train junior engineers and technicians in technical best practices
• Contribute to customer technical discussions and provide expertise on site
• Work with suppliers and vendors on component selection and technical issues
• Lead small project teams through to delivery

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in a related industry
• Solid technical grounding in Generators, Energy Storage Systems, and Power Distribution Equipment
• Background in Field Servicing, Commissioning, or Project Delivery (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead small teams and develop junior staff
• Strong problem-solving instincts and a genuinely hands-on approach
