Sales Assistant

About the Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Oaken Lab in Bali—providing exceptional customer experiences, educating guests on our fragrances, and cultivating a warm and knowledgeable atmosphere that reflects the Oaken Lab philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized and knowledgeable customer service aligned with the brand's artisanal values
• Explain product ingredients, scent profiles, and usage in an engaging way
• Drive sales by understanding client needs and recommending suitable products
• Maintain clean and organized store displays and stock levels
• Support daily store operations including cashiering and inventory management

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of experience in retail or hospitality (luxury or lifestyle brand preferred
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia & conversational English
• Passionate about fragrance, grooming, and storytelling
• Friendly, proactive, and sales-oriented
• Willing to work in a retail shift environment, including weekends and holidays
