Project Director

International Main Contractor are hiring for a Project Director (No.1) to be based full time in Riyadh - KSA. $18,000-$24,000 p/m

Due to the pace of award and mobilization our client need someone that ticks the following points below:

• Degree certificate attested and ready for visa processing in the Kingdom
• Prior Data Center experience in the MENA region for a Main Contractor or PMC
• Must be able to start employment before the 1st of September 2026 latest
• Previously acted as the No.1 site leader (overall project lead)

You will need to have a strong understanding and track record across the following :

• Construction logistics
• Commissioning and handover
• Project programming/scheduling
• CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) works
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems

You must have:

• Ability to manage client relationships, risk, program and project teams
• A stable career history demonstrating starting and finishing projects
• Relevant Construction Degree - Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• References that can be supplied upon request

Package on offer for suitable candidates

• SAR 70,000–90,000 per month
• Business expenses covered
• Performance bonus structure
