Fleet Executive
Job Description – Fleet Executive Reporting To: Fleet Manager Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating fleet maintenance, inspections, licence renewals and repairs to ensure vehicles and equipment are safe, operational and properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle road tax, VPC and SCDF transport licences.
- Arrange periodic inspections for vehicles, pressure vessels, cranes and other equipment.
- Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicles, machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate repairs and obtain Fleet Manager’s approval for external repairs when required.
- Source and compare quotations from contractors, vendors and suppliers for repairs, spare parts and maintenance.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure all servicing and inspections are completed according to schedule.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of heavy vehicle maintenance experience.
- Good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence.
