Salon Manager

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and people-driven individual to join our team as a Salon Manager & Content Lead. If you love beauty, know how to keep things running smoothly, and have a knack for creating content that stops the scroll — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate client appointments, ensuring a seamless booking experience from first contact to checkout

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations and maintain high service standards

• Create engaging content for our social media platforms — including reels, photos, before-and-afters, and promotional posts

• Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries across our social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar to keep our audience engaged and growing

• Collaborate with the team to capture in-salon moments and highlight our services

What We're Looking For

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills — both written and in-person

• A good eye for aesthetics and storytelling through content

• Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar photo/video editing apps is a strong plus

• A background in marketing or sales is an added advantage

• Must be based in or able to commute to Adenta

Compensation

Starting from GHS 2,000/month, with room to grow based on performance and experience.
