RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

The Restaurant Manager serves as the General Manager of the store, holding full responsibility and accountability for its overall operations, management, and profitability. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains operational excellence, leads and develops the entire team, and drives the implementation of business strategies that support organizational goals. As the primary decision-maker on-site, the Restaurant Manager acts as the key liaison between staff, back-end departments, and guests, ensuring seamless daily operations while fostering a positive, efficient, and results-driven work environment.
