Barista

About The Role: We are looking for a Barista to join our team and lead our front-of-house service with excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a beverage preparation role (e.g. smoothies, protein shakes)
• Familiarity with espresso machines and coffee brewing methods
• Experience using blenders and handling protein powders or health supplements is a plus
• Ability to prepare high quality coffee and espresso based drinks
• Knowledge of basic nutrition or interest in health/wellness drinks
• Able to follow recipes and portion guidelines for shakes and smoothies
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and polite attitude
• Good in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to memorize and explain menu items
• Have experience in F&B especially as a Barista
• Well groomed and professional appearance
• Physically fit (can stand/walk long hours)
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Teamwork and time management skills
• Able to handle pressure and customer complaints
• Knowledge of beverage service
• Professional attitude
• Good time management and multitasking skills
