At Ninja, we strive for excellence and innovation in everything we do. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the infrastructure and tools needed to ensure the smooth operation and scalability of our systems.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain our infrastructure and automation tools using industry best practices

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery

Optimize systems for high availability, scalability, security, and performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement infrastructure requirements

Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance

Implement and maintain cloud-based services and architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure

Create and maintain technical documentation

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or related role

Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Experience with on-premise and bare metal servers

Experience in working with Linux servers (MS Windows Server is a plus)

Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes

Prior experience with setting up and maintaining services like relational DBs, Elasticsearch, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis

Proficient in CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or CircleCI

Strong understanding of networking concepts and security principles

Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
