Key Skills and Competencies
Export documentation and statutory compliance. Coordination with clearing agents and internal stakeholders. Shipment tracking and export register management. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to identify and escalate shipment delays, risks, and discrepancies. Strong planning, coordination, and follow-through.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. A relevant diploma may be considered for candidates with practical experience in export documentation, customs processes, logistics coordination, or shipping administration. Training or certification in customs procedures, export documentation, international trade, freight forwarding, or clearing and forwarding will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP, shipment-tracking, or document-control systems.
