Social Media Supervisor/ Asst. Manager

Our client, a retail health and personal care products for men based in Bekasi, is looking for: Social Media Supervisor/ Asst. Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media, Content Strategy, or Content Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in FMCG, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or other fast-growing consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, social commerce, live commerce, and marketplace content.
• Experienced in leading and developing creative teams (designers, content creators, video editors, and hosts).
• Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results is required.
