Production Planner

Your Role

As a Production Planner, you are part of the Planning & Logistics department. You draw up the short- and medium-term production order schedules and coordinate them with all relevant departments. You monitor progress, identify material shortages in a timely manner, and liaise directly with Purchasing and production management to address them.

The challenge lies in the environment. CoreDux produces about 4,000 unique products annually, primarily made-to-order with short customer lead times and made-to-stock for semi-finished goods. With your inquisitive mindset, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities, you'll connect the right dots and create a schedule that works.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and communicating the production schedule to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery;
• Monitoring and checking the progress of production orders;
• Identifying material shortages in a timely manner and resolving them in collaboration with the Purchasing department;
• Coordinating capacity planning with production management;
• Converting and releasing plan orders and evaluating customer order acceptance using the CFT;
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) project teams and systematically improve processes.
