History Teacher

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging History lessons. Teach relevant Nigerian, African, and world history topics in line with the curriculum. Encourage students to analyse historical events and develop critical-thinking skills. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and examination materials. Use appropriate teaching resources, historical documents, and visual materials. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate academic and attendance records. Participate in school activities and extracurricular programmes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/HND in History, History Education, or a related field. Teaching experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Nigerian, African, and world history. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good classroom management abilities. Passion for education and student development. TRCN certification is an advantage.
