NES is exclusively working with a business group in Qatar to hire a Director of Marketing and Communications.

As Marketing and Communications Director, you will spearhead the development and execution of dynamic marketing and communication strategies that engage audiences, elevate brand awareness, and drive impactful results. Your creativity and leadership will be central to crafting compelling narratives and campaigns that resonate both internally and externally.

Required skills:

Proven expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities

Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

Experience managing budgets and resources effectively

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement

Nice to have skills:

Expertise in brand management and corporate communications

Knowledge of media relations and public affairs

Familiarity with content creation, including video and multimedia

Experience with international or multicultural marketing campaigns

Preferred education and experience:

Must be based in Qatar

Minimum 8 years of working experience, 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, 2 years of GCC experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

Significant experience in senior marketing and communications roles with demonstrable achievements
