Business Development

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead client meetings and deliver compelling pitch presentations in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understand client business challenges and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and collaborate with internal teams to develop winning pitch strategies.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in a digital/creative agency.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with confidence in presenting and pitching to clients.
• Strong presentation skills with experience preparing and delivering professional pitch decks.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills with a target-oriented mindset.
• Familiar with AI tools to support research, proposal creation, presentation preparation, and productivity.
