Barista Qualifications

• Coffee crafting and latte art.
• Menu execution, including cold and hot beverages and seasonal drinks.
• Equipment care (clean, calibrate, and maintain the espresso machine, grinders, and brewing equipment throughout the day).
• Collaborate with the kitchen and floor team to optimise workflow and efficiency.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Clean, organized, and punctual. Super Important!
• Responsible, passionate, and committed to their role.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Work Location: Pecatu, Bali (Candidates living nearby are preferred.)
