Bellezza Beauty Residence, a spa and beauty/wellness company, is seeking a meticulous and reliable Inventory & Stock Manager to join their retail team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate stock records.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch products.

• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and slow-moving items.

• Prepare stock reports and support audits.

• Monitor and report stock losses, damages, and discrepancies.

• Coordinate with suppliers and the sales team to ensure product availability.

Requirements

• Diploma/HND/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in inventory, stock control, warehousing, or a similar role.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.

• Strong numerical, organizational, and analytical skills.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

• Must be able to commute easily to East Legon.
