Product Development Specialist (Japanese Speaking) | Open For Freshers

Job Responsibilities

Communicate and coordinate with Japanese customers regarding product development activities.

Monitor sample development progress and footwear production processes.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.

Follow up on the delivery of materials, cartons, and sample production.

Support product development and customer service-related activities.

Japanese proficiency at N2 level or above (mandatory).

Basic English communication skills.

Experience in order management, customer service, or the footwear industry is an advantage.

Open to fresh graduates and candidates with at least 1 year of working experience who are eager to learn and grow in an international environment.
