Der Naturland e.V. wurde zum Jahreswechsel 1982/1983 von zehn Pionieren gegründet und ist heute der größte internationale Öko-Verband. Aufgaben

Member support for farms in Europe with focus on Eastern Europe & BENELUX countries Cooperation with colleagues regarding social responsibility, certification, finance and quality management Quality assurance of farms, including coordination of freelancers, initial evaluations of interested farms, contact with relevant stakeholders (e.g. inspection bodies), and on-site farm visits Service and support for Naturland members, including members' meetings, training courses and workshops Participation in the implementation of funding projects in Europe

Was wir uns wünschen

Completed studies, ideally with a focus on organic agriculture/horticulture or a equivalent qualification Several years of professional experience in organic agriculture or rural development in Europe and/or globally Knowledge in cultivation of arable crops and life stock farming as well as fruit cultivation is an advantage Knowledge in the areas of quality assurance, operating resources or certification is a plus Fluency in English and possibly French, other languages are an advantage (e.g. Eastern Europe languages) Reliable, independent, and structured way of working Good communication skills, solid inter-cultural skills and willingness to travel
