REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in salon management
• Strong knowledge of salon operations and management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of customer service and client handling
• Able to manage staff schedules, appointments and inventory
• Good understanding of sales, targets and salon performance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Professional, responsible, well-presented and attentive
• Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Overseeing daily salon operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Leading, training and motivating the salon team
• Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Managing salon performance, targets and staff development
• Managing inventory, supplies and product orders
• Maintaining high standards of service, hygiene and quality
