Logistics Customer Service Representative - Entry to Mid Level (Maryland)

NSA is growing by leaps and bounds and is in need of skilled/experienced Facilities and Logistics professionals. NSA currently has several opportunities in Facility Project Management, Electricians, Carpenters, HVAC Mechanics, Property Administrative Officers, and many more.

Major duties

Perform logistics functions including serving as a POC for customers, resolving complaints, and accepting and documenting deliveries and accountable property. Solicit price quotes, verify funding, prepare documentation, maintain databases, and assist customers with logistics processes. Provide oral and written status updates to customers and statistical information to management and business units. Position-specific duties may include one or more of the following: material disposal, property accountability, cargo movement, mail handling, transportation services, and/or travel program administration, assisting with food and retail services, or handling hazardous materials.

Qualifications

The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Relevant experience must include customer service and working in a logistics environment (for example, material disposal, property accountability, cargo movement, mail handling, transportation services, and/or travel program administration, food and retail services, or handling hazardous materials). ENTRY/DEVELOPMENTAL Entry is with a high school diploma or GED and no experience. FULL PERFORMANCE Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 1 years of relevant experience.

Education

If qualifying with a degree, degree must be in Business, Logistics, or Facilities Management.
