Are you a compassionate and clinically skilled nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional care to older adults? The Village at Rockville , a premier continuing care retirement community, is seeking a Full Time dedicated Clinical Care Specialist (RN/LPN) to join our caring and collaborative team.

Salary Range: $82,000–$110,000 annually , based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
What You'll Do
Provide clinical oversight and support to ensure quality resident care
Assess residents' health status and communicate changes appropriately
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
Monitor and document resident care in accordance with regulatory standards
Support care planning and coordinate services to meet residents' individual needs
Educate residents, families, and team members on health-related matters
Assist in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
Promote a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents and team members
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Maryland
Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or healthcare preferred
Minimum five years experience in nursing required, preferably in long-term care environment
Wound Certified required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Ability to read and speak English
