Centre Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Responsible for the administration and operations of Ihsan Kidney Care (IKC), including but not limited to the following:  Work with the Executive Director and Medical Director on developing and implementing SOPs

Review standard policies and protocols

Design infectious control procedures

Formulate job descriptions of all IKC job positions

Formulate work instructions and delegate work

Plan manpower allocation and assist with recruitment of nurses

Work and liaise with all vendors and relevant stakeholders

Plan a training curriculum for nurses

Supervise and follow up on courses to be attended by nursing staff

Supervise administration staff in IKC

Conduct training for nurses

Obtain licensing and accreditation from MOH

Work on recruitment of long-term dialysis patients

Work closely with the Senior Nurse Clinician and Nephrologist

Advise the IKC Committee on major issues

Perform all management functions, including financial responsibility and cost containment

Develop IKC’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP)

Advise on procurement matters

Advise and follow up on IT matters 

Any other duties as assigned by the IKC Management Committee and Executive Director. Requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing Relevant Advanced Diploma, Post-Graduate Diploma or Specialist Diploma in Nursing (e.g., Gerontology, Palliative Care, Medical-Surgical, Education, etc.) is preferred Minimum 8 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Prior experience in a Renal setting is advantageous Official Workplace: Ihsan Kidney Care Yishun Dialysis Centre 477B Yishun Street 44, #02-106, Singapore 762477
