Automotive Finance Assistant / Loan Processor Bentley Jacksonville | Murgado Automotive Group Join a premier luxury dealership and help deliver an exceptional ownership experience Bentley Jacksonville is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Automotive Finance Assistant to support seamless vehicle sales and leases. In this role, you’ll work with high-end luxury vehicles and discerning clients while ensuring every transaction is accurate, compliant, and professionally handled. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, integrity, and growth within one of the region’s leading automotive groups.
What You’ll Do Process finance and lease deals accurately and efficiently, coordinating with lenders and the manufacturer to secure timely approvals Prepare, review, and organize all dealership, state, federal, and lender documentation for vehicle sales and leases (titles, liens, taxes, contracts, and related paperwork) Verify customer insurance requirements and ensure complete collection of finance and insurance products/fees Handle customer payments (cash, check, credit card), issue receipts, process refunds or credits as directed, and maintain accurate records Maintain organized files, current supplies of contracts and forms, and strong working relationships with finance sources Support the sales and finance teams by answering customer questions (or directing them appropriately), staying current on products/services/pricing, and providing clerical assistance as needed Uphold ethical standards, a professional appearance, and a clean, organized workspace while performing other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For Experience in automotive finance, dealership operations, lending, or a related administrative/finance role preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort handling sensitive financial documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering excellent customer service Professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Willingness to obtain/maintain any required state insurance licensing and complete continuing education as needed High ethical standards and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
