SMT Project Quality Management Engineer （Chinese or English Speaking）

1.Establish and transfer product quality requirements/criteria to company inside such as inspection criteria,ORT plan etc; 建立和传递产品质量要求/标准到公司内部，如检验标准，ORT计划等; 2.Participate in ECN review, approval and implementation follow up; 参与ECN的审核、批准和实施跟踪; 3.Lead team to drive the solution of internal and external product quality and quality related problem; 带领团队推动内外部产品质量及质量相关问题的解决; 4.Lead to deal with customer complaint with cross functional team (related to material,design, engineering, production,testing etc.); 带领跨部门团队(材料、设计、工程、生产、测试等)处理客户投诉; 5.Prepare related 8D/FAI/outgoing report according to custoemr's requirement; 根据客户的要求准备相关的8D/FAI/出货报告; 6.Compile weekly or monthly reports and follow up corrective/preventive actions. 编制周报或月报，跟踪纠正/预防措施； 7.Lead products LQ ,prepare LQ MIL and implemented corrective action to meet yield target. 主导产品量产，准备量产MIL，实施纠正措施以达到良率目标； 8.Be proactive in interacting with customer frequently. quick responsive and reaction while dealing with customer complaints. 积极主动地经常与客户交流。处理客户投诉时反应迅速； 9.Any other duties that supervisor assigned； 主管安排的其他工作。

Qualifications: Bachelor degree preferred in Electronic or mechanical engineering;本科学历，电子或机械专业优先; Good Chinese or English communication in both spoken and writting;中文或英文听说读写能力 At least 2 years’working experience in quality control/management;2年以上质量控制/管理工作经验; Familiar with FPCB/FPCBA fabrication,SMT manufacturing and quality engineering are preferred.熟悉FPCB/FPCBA制造，SMT制造和质量工程优先。 Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, SPC,PPAP,MSA ,Minitab and FMEA and control plan；熟悉8D, SPC,PPAP,MSA,Minitab, FMEA等质量工具和控制计划 Good computer skills like Word, Excel, Powerpoint.良好的计算机技能，如Word, Excel, Powerpoint Familiar with IPC series standards (IPC-610, IPC-6013 and IPC-TM-650 etc).熟悉IPC系列标准(IPC-610、IPC-6013、IPC-TM-650等)。 Good team player and have the experience in handling customer;良好的团队合作精神和客户处理经验;
