SMT PDE Manager（English speaking)

1.Conduct DFM reviews for new projects and identify potential design risks; 对新项目的DFM评审并能够发现潜在的设计风险; 2.Establish improvement objectives and schedules, and track progress; 建立改善目标和进度并跟踪;

1. Lead the team in continuously improving product quality and addressing SMT assembly line troubleshooting.

带领团队持续提高产品良率和SMT装配线故障排除; 4.Guide engineering personnel in product failure analysis, analyze quality issues at every stages (NPI production, mass production, market feedback), and approve solutions proposed by engineering personnel; 指导工程人员进行产品失效分析，对各个阶段（试产，量产，市场反馈）的质量问题进行分析，并批准工程人员给出的解决方案; 5.Communicate with customers regarding design issues and standard issues or exceed process capabilities; 与客户沟通相关涉及到设计问题/超出制程能力的标准问题 6.Coordinate across departments, collaborate with production, quality, testing, and project departments to ensure product quality and improve efficiency; 跨部门协调，与生产，品质，测试，项目部门团结合作，确保产品质量，提高效率; 7.Lead the engineering team in the introduction of automation to increase efficiency and yield; 带领工程团队导入自动化，提高效率和良率; 8.Organize internal reviews after each build to discuss QIP/open issues/risk issues/lessons learned; 每个build做完以后组织内部review QIP/open issue/风险问题/lesson learnt. 9.During the NPI stage, eliminate all design and material issues; 新产品阶段，消除所有设计问题和材料问题 10.Compile and organize investment budgets related to products. 产品相关的投资预算汇总整理。

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above;本科及以上学历; Fluent in English reading and writing;英文读写流利 Proficient in SMT assembly technology;精通SMT组装工艺; Expert in FPCA process design specifications, capable of independently proposing DFM based on customer designs;精通FPCA工艺设计规范，能独立针对客户的设计提出DFM; Familiar with FPC process specifications;了解FPC工艺规范; Knowledge of process materials and reliability failure analysis;工艺材料及可靠性失效分析相关知识; Familiar with quality improvement processes and data analysis methods (such as QC Seven Tools, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, QCC, Six Sigma, etc.);质量改善流程与数据分析方法（如QC七大手法，DFMEA 、PFMEA、CP、QCC、6Sigma等); Proficient in FMEA and Control Plan;掌握 FMEA, Control Plan; Understanding of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing;了解6西格玛，精益生产; Familiar with statistical control methods such as SPC and MSA;熟悉SPC,MSA等统计控制方法; Familiar with ISO 9000, TS 16949, ISO 14000, QC080000;了解ISO 9000,TS 16949,ISO 14000,QC080000; Over 7 years of work experience related to FPC assembly;FPC组装相关工作经验7年以上 Good communication and team leadership skills.良好的沟通和团队领导能力
