Are you an experienced Engineering Project Manager with a passion for delivering capital projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

At Müller Milk & Ingredients, we're investing significantly in the future of our operations through an ambitious programme of automation, infrastructure and site improvement initiatives. As our Engineering Project Manager at Skelmersdale, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the site, leading the delivery of high-impact investments that drive growth, improve efficiency and support our sustainability ambitions.

You'll gain exposure to:

• Delivering capital projects across growth, automation, sustainability, resilience and infastructure
• Working with senior leaders to shape future site investment
• Supporting Muller's sustainability, automation and growth ambitions
• Leading multiple projects, managing stakeholders and driving site improvements

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering CAPEX projects within a manufacturing environment, ideally FMCG, food, beverage or dairy.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, contractors and project risks.
• Experience working within live operational environments and delivering projects with minimal business disruption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
• Working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and engineering design software such as AutoCAD.
• A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
