Job Summary
Lead and coordinate lift project management activities, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and continuous improvement of project execution and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and direct lift projects by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and liaising with clients and consultants to ensure progress aligns with project timelines
- Communicate project expectations clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and accountability
- Coordinate with the drafting department to prepare, submit, and obtain approval for shop and as-built drawings
- Liaise with client representatives on site matters and participate in site meetings as required to resolve issues and maintain project flow
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to optimize resource utilization and project efficiency
- Conduct project post-mortem analyses and produce recommendation reports to identify successful elements and areas for improvement
- Identify potential project risks and problems, implementing solutions to enhance project and program effectiveness
- Develop and implement best practices and tools to improve project execution and management processes
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in lift project management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering
- Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective stakeholder engagement and team coordination
- Problem-solving skills applied to identify and resolve project challenges proactively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and initiative
