customer service representative - call centre

Mr Appliance is currently seeking a Customer Service Representive who is dedicated to providing friendly and efficient service. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle a fast paced level of work as we serve Grande Prairie and several surrounding areas for all major home appliance repairs. This position will be primarily focused on dispatch with a few other duties shared between you and other office staff. Knowledge of Grande Prairie and surrounding areas is a requirement for dispatch.

Duties include answering phones and emails, scheduling in-home service appiontments, receiving inventory, assisting customers looking to purchase parts.

Previous customer service experience, computer skills and typing are all an asset. Knowledge of our industry is a plus but not a must as we will train in this area.

Full benifits after 3 Months & Wage increases based on performance.

This is a full time position, Monday through Friday 9-5 and alternating Saturdays 9-4

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 ? 47.0 per week
