Freelance Annual & Sustainability Report Designer

Company Description Moyo Creative and Consulting is a Jakarta-based creative and consulting studio specializing in corporate reporting and branding. Most of our work is annual and sustainability reports for publicly listed companies and state-owned enterprises in Indonesia. We help them turn complex information into reports people actually understand. We also believe creative work deserves respect. That means realistic timelines, clear briefs, and no all-nighters.

Role Description We're looking for freelance designers to join us on annual and sustainability report projects. This is a remote, per-project contract role. Each project comes with its own contract and timeline.

What you'll do:

1. Design and lay out full annual and sustainability reports, following the approved concept and brand guidelines
2. Turn financial and ESG data into clear charts, infographics, and tables
3. Build consistent master pages, grids, and styles across hundreds of pages
4. Work closely with our writers so the content and visuals tell one story
5. Handle revisions and prepare print-ready and digital files

Requirements

1. Proven experience designing annual reports, sustainability reports, or other long-form corporate reports
2. Advanced Adobe InDesign skills, plus Illustrator and Photoshop
3. Strong typography and grid skills for long documents
4. Meticulous with details. Every number in a chart has to match the source, and nothing gets changed without confirmation.
5. Familiar with print production and preflight
6. Able to manage your own timeline and keep us updated on progress
7. Available during peak reporting season (typically November to May)
