BARISTA FULL TIME / PART TIME

REQUIREMENTS:

• SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Min. 1 year experience as a Barista
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation & café beverages
• Skilled in operating and maintaining espresso machine & grinder
• Understand basic espresso calibration, grinding, dosing, tamping & milk steaming
• Basic latte art
• Able to prepare non-coffee beverages
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia & basic/conversational English
• Friendly, polite & customer-service oriented
• Able to keep the bar area and equipment clean & organized
• Good teamwork & willing to assist with general café operations
• Available for flexible shifts, Sundays & public holidays
