About the Role We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can turn audience insights and marketing objectives into engaging content and social media strategies that grow the Moos brand.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create content plans, concepts, captions, and storytelling.
• Understand audience behavior, trends, and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Content Producer to create engaging content.
• Manage social media publishing and audience engagement.
• Monitor performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Support campaigns, collaborations, events, and promotions.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
• Creative with strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Up-to-date with social media trends.
• Analytical and able to turn data into action.
• Proactive, collaborative, and willing to experiment.
• F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brand experience is a plus.
