Asset Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor required for a leading housing provider covering Coventry and Warwickshire. This role will be working within the property services team working on various building projects including disrepair, high cost voids and improvement works. Ideally you will have worked within a housing setting and have managed contractors, performed pre/post inspections, stock condition surveys and provide excellent customer service. You will also required to use asset management software and Microsoft packages. This is a contract role for circa six months.
