maintenance planning engineer

Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with production departments.

Monitor maintenance KPIs such as downtime, PM compliance, MTBF, and MTTR.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans.

Ensure the availability of required spare parts and maintenance materials.

Update maintenance records and equipment history in the CMMS/ERP system.

Analyze equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.

Follow up on maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability.

Prepare maintenance reports and present performance analysis to management.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.

1-2 years of experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment.

Experience with CMMS, SAP PM, or other maintenance management systems is preferred.

Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.

Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good command of English.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
