Your impact

The Benelux region is at the heart of Mollie's commercial success. As Regional Marketing Manager BNLX, you will own the end-to-end marketing engine across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Positioned right at the intersection of commercial rigor and creative execution, you will partner directly with central marketing functions, local sales, and leadership to turn company objectives into high-impact regional playbooks. You are the bridge connecting Mollie's central strategies to real, locally resonant customer touchpoints.

This is a high-visibility, outcome-driven role where you'll balance campaign orchestration with hands-on local execution. You will deploy standardized playbooks, optimize regional budgets, and orchestrate multichannel growth initiatives-from ABM and digital media to field events and partnerships-to directly build brand equity and drive pipeline generation.
