Job Description:

We are an established landscaping and garden maintenance business looking for a motivated, skilled, and reliable Landscape Gardener/ Allrounder to join our team. This position starts as a part- time role based on business demand and scheduling. For a candidate who demonstrates exceptional workmanship, dedication, and a strong work ethic, this position has a clear path to becoming a permanent, full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Soft Landscaping& Maintenance: Professional lawn mowing, large- scale trimming, hedge cutting, trimming, and weeding.
• Hard Landscaping Support: Assisting with the construction of timber fences, installing outdoor steps, paving, and basic timber/ stone work.
• Equipment care: Operating and maintaining landscaping machinery and hand tools safely efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Location: Must be currently living and based locally in County Donegal.
• Experience: Proven practical experience in landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, hedge cutting) and basic hardscaping works is essential.
• Independence: Ability to work independently, use your own initiative, and complete tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
• License: A full, clean driving license for a car and trailer (BE) is strictly required.
• Transport: Must possess your own reliable vehicle/ transport to get to work/ yard.
• Language: Good English communication skills are prerequisite to coordinate with the team and interact with clients.
• Flexibility: High flexibility regarding scheduling, working hours, and varying day-to-day outdoor tasks.
• Personal Traits: Absolute punctuality, reliability, an eye for detail ( precise working) and a genuine passion and fun for working outdoors.
