MLS Management is a local family owned and operated company who operates 6 hotels in the Manitoba and Saskatchewan market. We are looking for an experienced manager to help run one of our largest hotel compound operations.

Ellice Hotel Compound overseeing:

Residence Inn by Marriott

Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott

Homewood Suites by Hilton

This role will be in the Dual Branded Marriott hotel and the long term stay Hilton, the hotel offers comfortable and modern amenities, swimming facilities, fitness facilities along with an onsite full-service restaurant. With a friendly and service oriented environment, this full service hotel is looking for a Manager to help deliver on the vision and mission of the hotels, as well as uphold their corporate culture.

The Manager will anticipate the needs and exceed the expectations of the ownership, their customers, and their employees by achieving profitability and customer service goals all while providing their employees an exceptional place to work.

Managers Role:

• Oversee and manage close to 400 guest rooms with three distinctive brands.
• Maintain patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings.
• Build, develop and improve upon hospitality services and initiatives.
• Provide human resource leadership as it relates to recruitment, orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, counseling, compensation, and disciplinary actions.
• Promote a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedure
