Assistant Manager-Sales & Marketing

Sales & Market Expansion: Support sales operations to meet budget targets, conduct market surveys to penetrate new segments, and collect customer, OEM, and competitor data (especially in the automotive sector) to retain and grow business.

Relationship & Account Management: Build and maintain strong ties with key domestic/overseas customers and distributors. Act as the primary customer representative for 22 major accounts on inquiries, service issues, and compliance matters.

Sales Operations & ISO Compliance: Manage customer satisfaction surveys, monthly sales forecasts/reasons, and monthly sales summaries for Airbag and Auto Seal. Handle RFM, customer complaints (CCR), sample requests (SR), and goods returns. Support internal control, financial audits, and multi-standard audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001/14001, TLS 8001, RCM, CSA).

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Economics, or other related filled 3-5 Year or more in sales and marketing management Managements skill, with leadership ability to manage all sales activity High awareness in duty, good human relationship suitable in sales and marketing fields. Good command of English, speak, read, write or other language for communicate with oversea customer. Understanding in the organization to follow ISO system and other, as per customer requirement. Can use computer program, office facility and owner car with driving license. Understand all road map in Bangkok, and sub-district area as well. Can work under hi pressure. Knowledge for import or export process, can suggest or explain procedure. Must be highly proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint.
