Concierge — Guest Experience & Services

What You'll Do

• Be the guest's go-to contact for every service beyond the villa — before, during and after their stay
• Arrange airport transfers, private drivers, romantic setups, birthdays, honeymoons, baby equipment, and special requests before arrival
• Coordinate spa, scooter and car rental, excursions, private chefs, babysitting, laundry, photography and private events during the stay
• Spot opportunities to elevate a guest's stay and make proactive, well-timed suggestions — not just respond to requests
• Route every request through our partner network and our booking-reference system, and keep clean, accurate records
• Follow up after checkout to gather feedback and build guests' interest in returning

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience as a concierge, Guest Relations Officer, or similar role in a hotel or high-end villa
• Fluent English, spoken and written — additional languages are a strong plus (French especially, given our guest mix)
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace / Excel and booking or reservation tools
• A warm, attentive personality with a genuine instinct for service — and the discipline to follow a clear operating process
• Trustworthy with sensitive information and comfortable working strictly within an established partner network
• Good knowledge of Bali — activities, restaurants, and local providers
