JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE CREW

Qualifications/Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role preferred Preferably with certification / knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or masonry work Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
