Senior Associate Non-contentious Construction Circa 7 years PQE
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, acting for developers, investors, landlords, occupiers and other stakeholders involved in significant real estate and development projects. Advising on construction aspects of development, investment and regeneration projects. Managing matters with an increasing degree of autonomy. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Working closely with colleagues across real estate and other practice areas. Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
Profile Qualified Solicitor with approximately circa 7 years' PQE. Strong background in non-contentious construction law. Experience gained within a reputable construction or real estate practice. Excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills. Commercially minded with strong client-facing abilities. Ambitious, proactive and keen to play a key role within a growing team Job Offer Salary ranging from £80,000 to £120,000, dependent on the level of experience. Performance-based bonus scheme.
