Interim HR Change Lead

An Education organisation are looking for an Interim HR Change Lead to join for 3 months initially to support a variety of change programs. The role is based in London with hybrid working. Client Details Education organisation, based in London Hybrid working Description An Interim HR Change Lead to:

• Support an organisation through a period of change: trade union consultations, redundancies, restructure, redeployment and consultations
• Utilise ER and employment law knowledge to identify legal or ER implications and mitigate risk
• Provide support to stakeholders during a period of change with clear communication
• Develop and implement structural proposals
• Deliver consultations processes
• Support new ways of working
• Develop FAQ's where necessary

Profile An Interim HR Change Lead with:

• Previous trade union consultation experience
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Previous organisational change experience

Job Offer Interim HR Change Lead 3 months initially Start at short notice London based with hybrid working Up to £60,000 day rate equivalent
