Our multi-disciplinary team supports their health, well-being, and social integration. Your Role & Responsibilities 🔹 Provide nursing care and monitor the medical needs of residents 🔹 Supervise and guide nurse aides, health attendants, and support staff 🔹 Work closely with caregivers and families to provide well-rounded support 🔹 Conduct client assessments and develop care plans 🔹 Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for beneficiaries 🔹 Assist in training and development for staff and caregivers 🔹 Participate in fundraising activities to support our mission What We Look For Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in special needs or geriatric care Diploma or Degree in Nursing Additional certification in Palliative Care is an advantage Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Team-oriented, compassionate, and patient Strong leadership and communication skills Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing care needs 📍 Work Location: Woodlands 🕒 Working Hours: 5-day rotating work week, 2 shift (AM shift: 7am - 3pm, PM shift: 1pm -9pm).
