Assistant Finance Manager

Leadership & Corporate Reporting

Team management: Directs and guides a team of 3 accountants.

Corporate communication: Reports financial updates directly to corporate headquarters.

Financial Operations & Planning

MIS preparation: Builds Management Information Systems reports to track business performance.

Cash flow & funding: Plans cash flow and manages daily funding needs.

Collections: Tracks receivables and follows up for timely payments.

Controls & Business Support

Audit management: Handles internal and external audits.

Inventory checks: Performs internal checks on stores and stock.

Team support: Assists both the production and commercial departments with daily financial needs.

Requirements

Previous experience in managing a team of 3-4

5-6 years of relevant experience

ACCA, CA or CA inter preferred

Currently holding the title of Assistant Manager or equivalent
