Events Manager — Luxury & Corporate Events (Singapore)

About the Company Our client is a fast-growing, founder-led events and experiences house operating across Singapore and Hong Kong, delivering high-end corporate activations, brand launches and private occasions for a client base of luxury brands, financial institutions and multinational corporations. The Role This Manager role is the operational engine behind a portfolio of corporate events and B2B client projects — translating client commitments into meticulously executed events and activations that hold to an exacting brand standard. Whether it's a marquee corporate launch, a UHNW private occasion, or a luxury brand activation, this is a detail-obsessed, commercially disciplined, calm-under-pressure operator role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of corporate events and client activations — from briefing through execution and post-event close.
• Manage all vendor relationships for assigned projects — AV, production, venue, catering, décor, floral and entertainment.
• Build and manage event budgets, track costs in real time, and protect margin across every project.
• Develop detailed run sheets, production schedules, vendor SOWs and briefing documents for every event.
• Lead on-site execution — coordinating vendors and staff, managing real-time decisions, and staying composed under the live pressure of high-end event delivery.
• Support proposal development and creative concept work for existing and prospective accounts.
• Identify and flag risks to delivery quality, timeline or budget early — with solutions, not just problems.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

What We're Looking For

• Direct experience with luxury brands, financial institutions and/or UHNW clients — this is essential, not a nice-to-have. Mass-market or purely B2B experience alone won't translate here.
• 5–7 years in event production, luxury events delivery, or B2B corporate event management.
• Strong, independent vendor management experience (AV, production, venue, catering) at the luxury or premium corporate end.
• Proven budget management discipline on events of S$100k and above.
• Excellent multi-tasking and composure — able to run several concurrent projects under pressure without a drop in quality.
• Polished written and verbal English — comfortable producing client-facing materials independently.
• Experience in proposal/new-business development and managing an integrated creative process.
• A track record of coaching or developing junior team members.
• Stable, senior tenures (3+ years per role) preferred — happy to discuss any shorter stints in context.

Nice to Have

• Technical production knowledge — build, printing, F&B, AV, rigging, lighting, staging.
• Existing vendor relationships across the premium event supply chain.
• Prior exposure to UHNW private events or high-stakes social occasions.
