Financial Manager

WE ARE HIRING – FINANCIAL MANAGER Mega Tools for Trading & Contracting is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join our team in Cairo. We are seeking a finance professional with strong experience in contracting and project-based businesses , who can manage the company’s financial operations and provide management with clear financial visibility. Key Responsibilities Manage the company’s accounting and financial operations.

Prepare and monitor cash-flow forecasts and working capital.

Monitor project budgets, costs, profitability, WIP and cost-to-complete .

Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and collections.

Monitor subcontractor and supplier accounts.

Prepare monthly financial and management reports.

Manage VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax and other Egyptian tax requirements.

Monitor bank accounts, facilities, guarantees and letters of guarantee.

Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.

Support management in financial planning and business decisions.

Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement and Technical teams to ensure accurate project cost reporting.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

7–10 years of relevant experience , preferably with 3+ years in contracting/construction .

Strong understanding of project accounting and construction financial management.

Excellent knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax regulations .

Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and management skills.

Good command of English.
