Marketing Specialist – Beauty & Fragrance

Develop and define product positioning and messaging that align with the brand direction and clearly communicate the product’s value, key benefits, and unique selling points to the target audience.

Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to translate customer insights and market data into effective marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and business results.

Analyze customer behavior, market trends, competitor activities, and performance data to generate actionable insights for strategic planning, product development, and marketing decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate compelling product stories consistently across all customer touchpoints and communication channels.

Qualifications: 30–45 years old (Open to all genders) 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, or Consumer Marketing, preferably within the beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries. Strong interest and passion for beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, and emerging consumer trends. Excellent Thai and English communication skills. Good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, competitor activities, and brand positioning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with marketing, social media, analytics, or project management tools is a plus.
