Content Creation

Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other platforms.

Produce student-focused UGC: testimonials, campus experiences, course explainers, FAQs, trends and educational content.

Develop content concepts, scripts and storyboards.

Capture quality photos and videos during campus activities.

On-Camera Presentation

Act as a presenter/brand personality for Medprime.

Confidently speak to students, parents and professionals.

Conduct student interviews and testimonials.

Participate in trends and relevant challenges while maintaining professionalism.

Social Media Growth

Work closely with the Digital Marketing team.

Identify trending sounds, formats, hashtags and content opportunities.

Maintain a consistent content calendar.

Help increase reach, engagement, followers and enquiries.

Lead Generation & Conversion

Create content with clear calls-to-action.

Promote courses, intakes, events and campus activities.

Direct prospects to WhatsApp, calls, website or campus visits.

Track which content generates enquiries and admissions.

Content Production & Editing

Shoot and edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva or equivalent.

Add captions, hooks, transitions, music and branding.

Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms.

Maintain an organized content library.

Campus & Student Content

Capture authentic campus experiences.

Cover orientations, graduations, practical sessions, open days and other activities.

Work with students and staff to obtain suitable content.

Obtain appropriate consent before publishing identifiable student content. Requirements

Diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience creating social media or UGC content.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong creativity, storytelling, and video-editing abilities.

Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
