Business Development Executive

Experience 2–3 years' proven experience in business development or marketing within a consulting, HR, payroll, financial services, or professional services environment. Demonstrable experience marketing payroll services, HR solutions, or related business services. Experience working with or marketing to public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government MDAs) is highly desirable. Good knowledge of Abuja, its business districts, government institutions, and corporate organizations. Required Skills Strong business development and client acquisition skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. Good understanding of payroll and HR outsourcing services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong networking and relationship management skills. Ability to prepare business proposals and presentations. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license is an added advantage. <
